Any person participating in this competition (“#SkinSmart”) – run by Rites Skin Solution, does so on acceptance of these terms and conditions (“Competition Terms and Conditions”)
The Rites Skin Solution – “#SkinSmart” competition will run from 26 February 2021 – 15 March 2021 (midnight), after which date the competition will automatically lapse and no further entries will be accepted.
In order to enter the Rites Skin Solution – “#SkinSmart” competition, users must submit their full name, email address, contact number and answer a simple question.
This offer is limited to the prize, 1 x RITES Beach towel, 1 x RITES Control Freak SPF30 moisturiser (50ml), 1 x RITES Smooth Operator lip balm (10g).
Winners will be notified via telephone after the competition concludes.
The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
A MAXIMUM of 1 prize may be claimed per winner (per mobile number).
THE PRIZE
The prize offered for this promotion is 1 x RITES Beach towel, 1 x RITES Control Freak SPF30 moisturiser (50ml), 1 x RITES Smooth Operator lip balm (10g) for 3 winners each.
All entries must be submitted by 15 March 2021 to qualify to receive the prize.
All entries will go into a draw to stand a chance to win 1 x RITES Beach towel, 1 x RITES Control Freak SPF30 moisturiser (50ml), 1 x RITES Smooth Operator lip balm (10g).
The winners will be contacted mid/end of March 2021 to make arrangements for handover of prizes.
The rewards cannot be redeemed for cash in part or whole, and are non-refundable, non-exchangeable nor transferable in anyway.
Rites Skin Solution reserves the right to withdraw or substitute the prize with another prize of greater or equal value.
The obligations of Rites Skin Solution in connection with the– “#SkinSmart” competition are deemed fulfilled when a prize is redeemed.
EXCLUSIONS AND OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
The Rites Skin Solution – “#SkinSmart” competition is open to all South African residents.

Rites Skin Solution accepts no responsibility and shall not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the Winners or the bearer, or accept any liability for (a)any inability by the Winners to use the prize or at all(b) the lack of quality or any other aspect of any service which is or should be provided at any Participating Partner(s), or (c) the contents, accuracy or sue of the Rewards nor will any of them be liable for any personal loss, injury, death or damage to any property occurring while using the services of the Partner.
Rites Skin Solution cannot replace any lost or stolen prizes and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and /or prize without notice.
Rites Skin Solution is not responsible for any prize misrepresentation (written or verbal) or warranties by anyone/group other than the Promoter.
Rites Skin Solution has no responsibility for the administration of the Participating Partner and will not accept any liability in relation to the quality or performance thereof.
Rites Skin Solution reserves the right to withdraw the prizes without advance notice in the event of force majeure such as war, earthquakes, disasters, calamities or similar circumstances or any other event beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter.
Rites Skin Solution reserves the right to terminate the Rites Skin Solution – “#SkinSmart” competition immediately and without notice. In the event of such termination, all Winners agree to wave any rights that they may have in terms of the – “#SkinSmart” competition and acknowledge that they will have no recourse against Rites Skin Solution in connection with the – “#SkinSmart” competition.
Rites Skin Solution may choose to publish the names of the qualifying winners in this promotion but may only do so with the consent of such qualifying winner.
Rites Skin Solution – “#SkinSmart” competition is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
